If you can sign in, make the request from your account: Account → Privacy requests. You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion of your account, follow its status there, and withdraw it while it is still open.
If you can't sign in:
When we act on a deletion request, we first deactivate the account: your profile is marked as deactivated and a business listing you alone manage is taken out of the directory. This step can be undone if it was made in error. Removing the remaining records is a separate, later step.
[OWNER TO CONFIRM: response time, and which records are kept after deletion and for how long]
More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
If you are unhappy with how we handled something — a listing decision, a moderation decision, or a privacy request — email support@sleevesup.builders with “Complaint” in the subject, what happened, and what you would like us to do.
[OWNER TO CONFIRM: complaint handling steps, response time, and escalation route]
A complaint about the work a business did for you is a matter between you and that business; we do not quote, schedule, or supervise work. You can still report a listing that breaks the Acceptable Use & Listing Guidelines.

Most questions are already answered on the FAQ. If you are waiting on an application, check the business portal first: approvals, information requests, and rejections, along with your verification and membership request, all show there.
We do not quote, schedule, or dispatch work. To reach a business, open its listing in the directory and contact the owner directly using the phone number or website on the profile; they reply to you, not through us.
