Join the directory. Stay findable.
Membership is open to veteran-owned residential trade businesses and the trade schools that train veterans. Every approved member gets a reviewed listing people can find, read, and contact directly.
Why it exists
Where trained veterans and homeowners meet
Veterans leaving service arrive in the trades with discipline, licensing benefits, and often no marketing budget. Homeowners looking for a licensed, insured contractor have no simple way to tell who is real. Sleeves Up. Builders documents both sides in one directory — veteran-owned businesses and the schools that train veterans — so each can find the other without a middleman taking a cut of the job.
Membership is a listing and a marketing space — nothing more and nothing less. Members control their own pricing, scheduling, and work. We never take a percentage, never sell a lead, and never charge the homeowner.

Members
What a member profile looks like
Every approved, active membership produces a public profile in the directory. People see the member's services or programs, service area, reviewed credentials, and reviews — and contact the business or school directly.
- Staff-verified badges — each shown with the date it was checked.
- Never pay-to-rank — your plan never changes directory order, badges, or ratings.
- Pros and schools — pros are listed in the Home Repair Network, schools in the school directory.
- A member workspace — your profile, credentials and application status in one place.
How to join
Four steps
Step 1: Apply
Choose Home Repair Pro or School, create your account and confirm your email. Then add your basics — pros: business name, trades, base ZIP and service area; schools: programs, GI Bill / VR&E approval and accreditation.Step 2: Verify
Upload your credentials — license, certificate of insurance, veteran-ownership or school documents. Our staff review what you submitted; approved items show as badges on your listing and anything not approved simply doesn't appear.Step 3: Choose your plan
Pick Basic, Plus or Premium, review your application and submit. Membership is request-only during launch — no payment is taken; billing will start later.Step 4: Your listing goes live
Once an admin approves your application and activates your membership, your profile appears in the right directory — the Home Repair Network for pros, the school directory for schools. Homeowners and veterans contact you directly.
What membership is not
Read this part
Sleeves Up. Builders is a directory and membership platform. We do not employ, contract, place, assign, staff, or train anyone. Members are independent businesses and schools that control their own work, pricing, and operations.
Membership does not refer, recommend, endorse, or guarantee work. We receive no compensation tied to any job, enrollment, or hire that results from a listing.
Verification badges reflect documents a member submitted and we reviewed. They are not a warranty of workmanship, and homeowners should confirm license and insurance status before hiring.
Homeowners never pay Sleeves Up. Builders. Membership fees come only from listed businesses and schools.
